How to join:

There are no auditions; one does not even have to know how to read music -one just has to love to sing.

Practice Times

We practice every Wednesday at the Boys and Girls Club, 184 Horton Street, London, Ontario, Canada.  Our practices run from 9:30 am to 11 a.m.

Performances

We perform on Average four times per month at London nursing and retirement homes as well as area malls.

There is no charge for our performances, however donations are gratefully appreciated to defray choir expenses.  The Young at Heart Singers also make a donations to the Boys and Girls Club every year.

Our Repertoire

We sing old time favourite songs, pop songs, country and western, folk songs, show tunes, hymns, spirituals, as well as seasonal and special day songs.  Choir members are encouraged to sing solos, duets, quartets etc.  No one is asked to do anything outside their comfort zone.  We provide opportunities.  We are a great group of friendly, welcoming people singing is a relaxed comfortable environment.  We are always ready to welcome new members.  

 

Come and try us out.  We encourage everyone to have lots of fun and make new friends along the way.  The emphasis is on fun!
